I began my career in restaurant development with D&E Architects, serving as Client Manager for Brinker International before joining Brinker’s in-house development team for the next 10 ½ years. I started as concept architect for Corner Bakery and ultimately advanced to Director of Property Development, serving as a central point of coordination between real estate, planning, civil engineering, construction, and legal teams.
Throughout my tenure, I supported the planning, entitlement, and execution of approximately 137 restaurants across multiple national brands including Corner Bakery, Maggiano’s, On The Border, Macaroni Grill, and Chili’s working from the owner’s side to guide projects through early planning, approvals, and implementation.
