Named the Dallas Builders Association 2024 Best New Amenity, this Western-themed pocket park is thoughtfully designed around imaginative play. Children can step into a world of adventure—playing barista in the coffee shop, shopping for fresh goods in the neighborhood general store, cracking the bank safe and escaping through a “dynamite” tunnel blasted through the wall, landing themselves in jail before staging a daring breakout through bent bars, and finally soaring away on the zip line, ready to begin the adventure all over again.

The design team worked tirelessly to bring these moments to life, focusing on rich, custom details throughout the park. From hand-painted building signage and custom barista aprons to antique cash registers and vintage metal signs sourced through careful hunting, every element was intentionally curated. Even rusted barrels from the original farm were repurposed to reinforce the authentic Western character. These custom-designed and built structures are layered with detail, encouraging hours of imaginative, open-ended play fueled by children’s wild creativity.
