Elm Tower

Perched at the highest point in the community, this building serves as a placemaking beacon, highlighted by an 1882 bell salvaged from a historic Catholic church that rings on the hour. The site offers a prime vantage point for watching the sun set over Northlake, Texas. To honor the prominence of this location, the design team carefully studied the building’s massing and style, ultimately extending the architectural language of Jackson Hall to create a seamless and cohesive community aesthetic.

Designed as a welcoming rest stop, the space invites both people and pets to pause, enjoy a drink of water, unwind, and take in the surroundings. With its scenic views and timeless character, it provides a picture-perfect backdrop for memorable photos and outdoor events.
